(4) (A) Before a filing fee is paid, all requests for small estate set-aside or other probate proceedings in which there is a court-imposed deadline for filing a petition other than an order-made-and-adjudicated-as-judgment-made proceeding shall be accompanied by all the following documents:(i) Proof of the filing of the petition which includes a certificate or affidavit of the petitioner signed by the person or persons responsible for filing (2) If the court issues a petition requiring a filing fee to be paid by the petitioner, a copy of that petition shall also be accompanied by three certified copies of the proof of the fees paid. If the court issues a petition requiring a filing fee for a proceeding other than an order-made-and-adjudicated-as-judgment-made proceeding, a copy of that petition shall also be accompanied by three certified copies of the proof of the fees paid by the person or persons responsible for filing. In the case of a proceeding which is a filing by a successor estate, such copy shall also be accompanied by three certified copies of the proof of the fees paid. (B) If the court issues a petition under this section for additional fees or costs in fees or costs to be paid by the petitioner, a copy of that petition shall also be accompanied by three certified copies of the proof of the fees paid by the petitioner.
